🏞️ Sandhan Valley
Known as the “Valley of Shadows,” this unique canyon offers an unforgettable trekking experience. It is approximately 12.4 km away, however, the driving distance to the base village (Samrad) is about 143 km (roughly 3 hours) as you must navigate around the mountain ranges.

🏔️ Ratangad Fort
A historic fort with iconic natural rock formation, located roughly 12.7 km away. Often called the "Jewel of the Sahyadris," this ancient hill fort is situated at an altitude of approximately 4,255 feet (1,297 meters) above sea level, it provides some of the most spectacular 360-degree panoramic views of the Western Ghats.

🌄 Harishchandragad & Kokan Kada
This is a historic 6th-century hill fort with spectacular views, renowned as a trekker's paradise (~4671 ft) in the Western Ghats. Konkan Kada (a massive, semicircular, overhanging cliff), the ancient 12th-century Kedareshwar Cave Temple, and Taramati Peak are within the complex.

🛕 Shree Amruteshwar Temple
Located about 16 km away, this beautifully carved 1200 years old temple is surrounded by serene landscapes, and is often visited alongside the nearby Ratangad Fort. Built using locally sourced black stone in the Hemadpanti style, featuring detailed murals and pillars carved with statues, its sanctum is located underground next to an underlying hot spring.

🥾 Naneghat
Naneghat is famous for its reverse waterfall (where strong winds blow water upwards) during monsoons, and its significant ancient Satavahana-era cave inscriptions dating back to the 1st century BCE. It is roughly 16.6 km away, with a driving distance of 71.2 km (about 2 hours).

🏔️ Malshej Ghat
Famous for its numerous waterfalls during the monsoon, it is a 38 km drive (about 50 minutes) from Shubhvan.

🌄 Jivdhan Fort
Dating back to the Satavahana era (approx. 200 BCE – 190 CE), this historical hill fortress is located near Naneghat. It was a crucial trade and toll-collection post.
